Returns & Cancellation
You may cancel your purchase of goods by notifying OTHER/shop either by email or phone call strictly within fourteen days of your order being placed. In such cases a full refund will be made to the purchaser’s Credit / Debit Card.
You may return your purchase of goods with proof of purchase within fourteen days of date of invoice to OTHER/shop’s London store. You must then return the goods to OTHER/shop at your expense. The returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with garment tags still attached
